What To Expect At The Femininity Freedom Retreat 2022
- Upon Arrival: Networking/ Dinner - The evening before learning begins, we’ll connect over dinner and seriously amazing cocktails. This will be a magical night with The Femininity Doctor and your fellow fem learners/new lifelong sisters! OW!

Day 1: Tracing and Breaking Trauma Bonds- In order to go forward, we need to understand our past(s). We will use day one to explore how we came to be. You will be challenged with asking yourself why/how you abandoned your femininity in the first place. Who really placed that masculine shield in your arms?
- DAY 2: Understanding The Evolution of Femininity- We will take a close look at how femininity has evolved from a historical, political context. Feminism! Friend or foe?!

DAY 3: Reconditioning The Mind and Heart- We will explore the TRUE meaning of femininity and why it's actually not a setback, but rather your superpower.
